Cancellation Policy

Because each reading is personally prepared and recorded, clients cannot cancel appointments directly through the booking system. If you need to cancel your order, please email me directly as soon as possible with your request. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may reschedule your booking within 24 hours of placing your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. After the 24-hour window has passed, bookings cannot be rescheduled. Please note that once your reading has been started or completed, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are no longer available due to the personalized nature of this service.
